Industrial Volcano heating from 3 to 90 kW — for warehouses, workshops and greenhouses

Rule of thumb: 1 kW per 20 m² at ceiling up to 4 m and 80/60 °C water temperature. Add +20% for 5-6 m ceilings; for 6+ m use a VR-D destratifier together with the main unit.

AC — asynchronous, standard motor. EC — electronically commutated, more expensive upfront, but:

• up to 50% fan-power savings
• smooth 0-100% speed control, not 3 steps
• quieter at low speeds
• motor lifespan 2-3× longer

EC version pays back in 1-2 heating seasons for 500 m² or more. The advantage is smaller for sites under 200 m².

Rated power is given for 90/70 °C (supply/return). Operating range — 40 °C to 130 °C, max pressure 1.6 MPa.

At lower water temperature (e.g. 60/40 °C from a condensing boiler) power drops by ~35-45%. That's normal — we account for it when sizing, with margin.

Volcano works with gas, solid-fuel, heat-pump and central heating systems.

Typical install of one Volcano unit — 2-3 hours. Comes with a horizontal/vertical mount; flexible hoses and servo valve are sold separately.

No separate engineering design or permits needed unless the heating scheme changes. Electrical — standard 230 V / 50 Hz, single line.

3 years on the whole unit + lifetime warranty on the polymer housing (no rust, no deformation).

For warranty cases — bring or ship the unit to us. Replacement within 14 days: if repair takes longer, we lend a substitute unit from stock.

Violations of operating conditions (frozen coolant, over-pressure, dust/humidity above spec) void the warranty — manufacturer's standard.

Yes. Volcano works with any heat source: gas, solid-fuel or electric boiler, heat pump, central heating.

What matters is heat-source capacity. A 50 kW boiler won't deliver more than 50 kW to Volcano. We account for the boiler+heater pairing in our sizing.

For low-temperature systems (heat pump, condensing boiler, 60/40 °C) the unit's output drops — we pick a model one class up.

Volcano VR — industrial heater. It heats the room's volume: ceiling- or wall-mounted, blows hot air downward, warms the whole space.

WING — air curtain. Creates an air barrier at the entrance: mounted horizontally above a door or gate, blows a stream downward, cuts off cold outside air.

For spaces opened often (shops, warehouses, workshops with gates) the optimal pair: WING at the entrance + VR for volume.

Yes. As VTS Group's official dealer we keep a parts warehouse in Astana: motors, heat exchangers, regulators, HMI controllers, sensors, EC-motor boards.

Common parts ship same day. Rare items ordered from the factory (1-2 weeks).

Main equipment lifespan — 15-20 years under normal operation. In that time you typically replace 1-2 motor bearings and may need a heat-exchanger cleaning.
