Volcano VR4 — the newest top model in the VTS Group VR water heater line. Power 10-90 kW, 4-row heat exchanger, airflow up to 5300 m³/h, jet 23 m. For the largest industrial spaces from 1000 m².
Where Volcano VR4 fits
Large production hangars 1000-1500 m², logistics terminals, large greenhouses and agro-complexes, tall warehouses with ceilings 8 m+, exhibition and sports facilities. VR4 is the answer when VR3 no longer "pulls it" or when you need a margin for peak loads (frequently opened gates, harsh frost, poor insulation).

- 4-row exchanger — maximum heat density in the VR series. Exchanger water volume 4.13 dm³.
- Power range 10-90 kW — widest in the line, suits both peaking and primary heat source roles.
- Horizontal jet up to 23 m, vertical 11-12 m. Suits ceilings 8-10 m.
- Weight 27 kg — significantly lighter than VR3 despite top specs. More technological housing.
- Dimensions 700×700×355 mm — more compact than VR3 thanks to optimised exchanger design.
VR4 vs neighbour models
VR4 vs VR3: the main thing — 4-row exchanger vs 3-row. That's +20% maximum thermal power (90 vs 75 kW) and higher heat density at low-temperature regimes. VR4 at 60/40 °C carrier still keeps about 55 kW; VR3 — 45 kW. For 1000+ m² spaces or extreme conditions — VR4. For 600-1000 m² in normal conditions — VR3 is cheaper and enough.
VR4 vs 2× VR3: two VR3 sum to 150 kW, more than VR4's 90. But two units cost more, take more space, need two power lines. VR4 is the compact "all in one" choice. For very large spaces the answer depends on budget and geometry.
Installation
Both horizontal (ceiling) and vertical (wall) mount. Bracket included supports both orientations. Carrier connection — standard 3/4", but with the higher flow we recommend supply pipes ≥ 1". Power 230 V single-phase, motor draws 370-450 W depending on speed. For large sites we recommend an HMI controller managing a group of units.

Is VR4 already in stock in Kazakhstan?
Yes. As an official VTS Group dealer we ship VR4 directly from the Warsaw factory. Lead time from our Astana warehouse — 1-5 days across Kazakhstan. If out of stock at order time — 2-3 weeks from the factory.
Can VR4 be used in a greenhouse?
Yes, polymer housing handles 100% humidity and up to 140 °C. For agro-complexes VR4 is optimal for 1500-3000 m². Usually 2-3 units per greenhouse.
What's the benefit of VR4 vs VR3 for a 1200 m² warehouse?
At 80 W/m² heat loss (standard insulation) you need 96 kW. One VR3 (75 kW) doesn't fit — you'd need two. One VR4 (90 kW) almost covers it with lower total cost and simpler install.
